1. Review of Officers Meeting Minutes, 4/03/03 for Officer Responsibilities
and Progress
*Bill:
Ready to incorporate on Friday
Bylaws to vote Wednesday at general membership meeting
Website had 70 hits in 30 days
*Carol:
Pending setting up bank account once incorporated with tax ID number.
Logo Contest/Door Contest - need for clear judging criteria/contest rules
for next meeting
*Rhonda:
Leslie to research family address where sympathy card can be sent to the
family of Dr. Branden (sp?) of 3130 Washington Road, recently deceased.
*Lori:
Picnic plans underway, permit in place for Petty Park, Sunday, 5/18/03.
City to provide free tables and tenting (five 10x10 tents)
$85 Port-O-Let
Sylvia and Lila volunteering to coordinate dessert table
Beverage stand with free/donated Pepsi products Various Raffle gifts
donated, discussion of raffle ticket cost
Need signage/banner. Looking into vinyl banner/signage for Olive and
Flagler.
Street Captains - working on defining duties and assigning streets
