Meeting called to order, 6:10 p.m. by Marion.

2. Crime Watch
Notices and updates will continue to be posted on the Historic Prospect
Park/Monceaux HOA website.
3. Preliminary By-Laws
Bill distributed copies of the Preliminary By-Laws for attendees to take
home and review. Plan to vote at next Historic Prospect Park/Monceaux HOA
meeting (05/07/03). Any comments/changes please email Bill before next
meeting.
4. Picnic in the Park
Doreen Turchetti will support the committee. Lori Starbuck-Miller will
chair. Date is pending. Unanimous to schedule before heat of summer.
Commissioner Mitchell noted that paperwork is required for city permission
and city-owned tents and tables are available for complimentary use.
5. Monceaux Park
Unanimous feeling to leave Monceaux Park "as-is" in quick survey of those
present, prior to official Monceaux Park meeting to follow at 6:30.
6. Next Historic Prospect Park/Monceaux HOA Meeting May meeting will be held
Wednesday, May 7, 6:30 p.m. at the Firehouse Community Room on South Dixie
Highway, just south of Southern Blvd.
Meeting adjourned, 6:20 p.m.
