III Election of Treasurer- Pat Byrnes has agreed~ our treasurer. Marion to pickup disk and paperwork. Add both to Wachovia signature file. Decided we need 2 signatures for checks over $500.00.

1. Resident request for us to support here in thier attempt to remove swing set from Westminster Park. We have decided to get more info. On whether to align ourselves with this request. Lila and Marion to write letter to Mayor to let them know that want to be part of decision making process. Also, will write letter to be added on scenic tour. CC Kimberly Mitchell and Ed Mitchell. Beautification has done walk of streets. We need new members on this committee. At the Park, 2 volleyball nets are still there. Sylvia ha$ called Debbie Searcy about doggie bags for George Petty Park. Maybe we can sponsor one. Try to work with Northwood on 1928 Hurricane cemetery.

a. Criteria for triggering a broadcast- to be decided by Crime Chairman We must decide what will trigger a broadcast. Will leave decision, to Steve,
