2005 Hurricane Activity

 

2005 was a record setting season with unbelievable Hurricane Activity! 

 

Hurricanes & Strength at Time of Landfall

1.  Katrina - Aug 24th - Category 1 - 75 MPH Winds  - We lucked out on this one, it went on to do unbelievable damage in the gulf area !

2.  Rita - Sept 20th - Category 1 - 75 MPH Winds - Again, we lucked out on this one, it went on to hit the north eastern Texas area. 

3.  Wilma – Oct 24th - Category 2-3 - 125 MPH Winds  - This one caught us all by surprise !!!
